Finally a book that describes my symptoms! It even made me realize that some of my digestive habits that I thought were normal, were not.
The author is a registered dietitian who has developed strategies to help her patients. She starts the book with a diagnostic quiz, so you can skip to the chapters that fit your quiz score.
My score zeroed me into what I need to do to feel better. She included recipes and food shopping lists. Her system to better gut health is doable, not as restrictive as other books I have read.
This book is easy to read and understand, I think it is worth a try for anyone that has chronic tummy troubles.
